Teriyaki Pork Bowls
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground pork
- Cooked jasmine rice
- Teriyaki or Soyaki sauce
- Crispy onions
- 1 cucumber
- 1 jalapeno
- Shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup rice vinegar
- 3 Tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Directions
- Thinly slice cucumber and jalapeno and add to a bowl with a handful of shredded carrots. Add vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper, stir to combine
- Cover bowl of veggies and put into fridge for at least 3 hours but up to 24 hours
- In a medium pan cook pork until brown. Add as much Teriyaki sauce as you want and let cook for an additional 2-3 minutes
- In a bowl add cooked rice, pork, veggies (without vinegar liquid), and crispy onions
