Peanut Doodle Cookies

Ingredients

Cookie Dough

• 1 cup peanut butter
• ¾ cup granulated sugar
• ¼ cup brown sugar
• 1 egg
• ½ tsp vanilla
• ½ tsp baking soda

Coating

• ¼ cup granulated sugar
• 1 ½ tsp cinnamon

Directions

1. Add first 6 ingredients together and mix until smooth
2. Refrigerate dough for 1 hour
3. Preheat oven to 350
4. Combine coating mixture of sugar and cinnamon in a bowl
5. Roll dough into balls and dredge in coating mixture twice so coating is nice and thick
6. Place balls on silpt pat on baking sheet
7. Flatten mounds slightly with a fork making a criss cross pattern
8. Bake 9 minutes and let cool for 10
