Crockpot Nashville Chicken Sandwiches
Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken breast
- 2 tablespoons cayenne
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 3/4 cup chicken broth
Toppings
Directions
- Put chicken in crockpot
- Whisk together remaining ingredients and pour over chicken
- Cook for 5 1/2 hours on low
- Remove chicken and shred and then put it back in crockpot and let soak for 30 minutes
- Serve on toasted buns (so they don't get soggy) with pickles and ranch
