Crockpot Chicken Tacos
Ingredients
- 4 to 5 chicken breasts
- 1 packet of taco seasoning
- Half an onion, diced
- 14.5 ounce can of fire roasted tomatoes
- 4.5 ounce can of diced green chiles
Directions
- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of crockpot and sprinkle the taco seasoning evenly over the chicken
- Top with the diced onion and then pour the tomatoes and green chiles over the top. Don't stir
- Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 4 to 5 hours
- Shred the chicken with two forks and mix to combine (We either have this as tacos or a taco bowl with rice, beans, sour cream, cheese, tortillas chips, etc)
