Creamy Rigatoni
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 yellow onion, diced
- 3-4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 Tbsp onion powder
- 1 Tbsp garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp italian seasoning
- 24 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 lb rigatoni pasta
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 5 oz package of garlic and herb boursin cheese
- Freshly grated parmesan (for serving)
Directions
- In a large pot, over medium heat, brown the ground beef with the onion and garlic
- Stir in the seasonings
- Add the sauce, pasta, and chicken broth. Stir well and bring to a gentle boil
- Place the lid on and reduce to a simmer. Cook for approximately 20 minutes, stirring frequently
- Once most of the liquid has been absorbed but not all of it, stir in the boursin cheese until it is completely melted
- Top with shredded parmesan for serving
