Creamy Rigatoni

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 yellow onion, diced
  • 3-4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 Tbsp onion powder
  • 1 Tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp italian seasoning
  • 24 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1 lb rigatoni pasta
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 5 oz package of garlic and herb boursin cheese
  • Freshly grated parmesan (for serving)

Directions

  1. In a large pot, over medium heat, brown the ground beef with the onion and garlic
  2. Stir in the seasonings
  3. Add the sauce, pasta, and chicken broth. Stir well and bring to a gentle boil
  4. Place the lid on and reduce to a simmer. Cook for approximately 20 minutes, stirring frequently
  5. Once most of the liquid has been absorbed but not all of it, stir in the boursin cheese until it is completely melted
  6. Top with shredded parmesan for serving
