Cornbread Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 can creamed corn
- 2 boxes jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 can green chiles
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup whole milk
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 stick melted butter
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9x13 dish with cooking spray
- In a large bowl, combine everything except for cheese. Stir well
- Add cheese and stir until combined then pour into greased 9x13 dish
- Bake for 55 minutes, let cool for 5 minutes
