Banana Pudding
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups water
- 3.4 oz box of INSTANT vanilla pudding mix
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 3 cups heavy cream
- Box of nilla wafers
- 5-6 bananas, sliced
Directions
- In a large bowl whisk together water, pudding mix, vanilla and sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Make sure there aren’t any lumps. Refrigerate for 4 hours
- When pudding mixture has set use a mixer and whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until it forms stiff peaks. I sometimes add a splash of vanilla into that too while it’s mixing. Working in thirds fold the whipped cream into the pudding mixture until well combined
- In a trifle bowl layer the nilla wafers then sliced banana then pudding mixture over and over until you used all the pudding mixture. It usually takes 4 layers for me. Refrigerate for atleast another 30 mins before serving
